When I first had an offer to have my own site, I was hesitant, apprehensive, a bit nervous but most of all… I was excited. I was hesitant because I don’t know if I can maintain this site and  provide my readers with the quality of topics that they would be expecting. But I have to take on the challenge, try it and give my best to prove not only to my friends, my readers but myself that I can do this. To introduce myself, I am likewise the author of Thoughts, Experiences and Reality. I started out with that blog since I have plenty of time then and since I need to have an outlet for myself. I love to read and to write about almost anything that I want to share. I love to learn new things… most of the time, I ask my friends to teach me how to do things or sometimes I do things on my own just to learn. But learning is not easy, I commit mistakes, sometimes a lot of them, before I learn. But just as well, it is better than not having learned anything at all. I hope that when you visit this site the next time, you’ll find things that you need to know and somehow you’ll find a thing or two to learn.

The “Transformers” in 2010

The last day of filing of Certificates of Candidacy (COC) on December 1, 2009 paved way for the revelation of surprise candidates and team-ups for the 2010 National Elections in the Philippines.

Among the surprise team-ups is the so-called “Transformers” comprised by none other than Senator Richard “Dick” Gordon who filed his COC as Presidential candidate and Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman, Bayani “BF” Fernando as his Vice-President.

Both Senator Gordon and MMDA Chairman Fernando served as City Mayors in the past and both has brought order and built their respective cities to become model cities for peace and order, health care, education, livelihood and good governance. They were both successful in transforming Olongapo  and Marikina City into progressive and orderly cities.

With no senatorial line up, Senator Gordon and Chairman Fernando will brave their way to the 2010 National Elections with hopes of transforming the Philippines as they have done so in the past.
